At Atlantis Barefoot Shoes, we prioritize customer satisfaction with handcrafted, high-quality leather products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept unworn, undamaged shoes within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

Return Conditions:

Final Sale Items:

• Items purchased with Sitewide Discounts, Third Party Coupons, Affiliate Discounts, BOGO (Buy One Get One) Offers, and items that are marked as Final Sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return. They are eligible only for exchange or store credit.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Accessories (Bags, Belts, etc.) are not eligible for a return or an exchange.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for a return or an exchange.

Bundled Purchases:

• If you purchase a bundle that includes a shoe and a leather accessory, the shoe cannot be returned for a refund. Only store credit or an exchange will be offered.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We have warehouses in the USA, UK, and EU to make the process easier and economical.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging without any labels put on the box.
• Items must show no visible signs of wear or use to qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Costs:

• Taxes, customs duties and fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Fill out the online Returns & Exchanges Form on our website.
2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange.
3. Use the return address we provide via email to send back your items.

Refund Processing Information

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality control check. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after your refund is accepted. During busy periods and national holidays, this timeframe may extended by a few days. But rest assured, we do our best to expedite the process!

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we have warehouses in the USA, UK, and EU to facilitate easy exchanges.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

2. Select the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement (size, model, etc.).
3. Ship the original item back to the address provided in the email confirmation.
